How we speak to ourselves and others has a very powerful effect.
Words, thoughts, sounds and intentions have the capacity to affect our molecular structure.
We are often using heavy negative words without realizing the impact that it can have on us.
If we were more conscious of it, why would we do this to ourselves?

Where there is a need there is a void.
Expecting others to fill it for us is avoiding responsibility
We need to breathe, eat, sleep, drink and have a human connection. For the rest, we don’t really need anything.
